Inuit Siunnersortiat provides free legal aid in Kalaallisut/Greenlandic to people in Denmark

We offer legal advice and assistance in all areas of law. We can help you understand your rights, advise you about your options and, when relevant, assist you in your legal case.

Inuit Siunnersortiat was established by Stenbroens Jurister in October 2024 as a dedicated legal-aid service in Kalaallisut/Greenlandic for Inuit/Greenlanders in Denmark.

The purpose of Inuit Siunnersortiat is to provide legal aid to Kalaallisut-speaking people and people with Inuit/Greenlandic background in Denmark.

You can contact us directly by phone or email. Or visit one of our legal-aid clinics in Copenhagen or Aarhus. You do not need an appointment. We also offer legal aid every Tuesday at The Greenlandic House/Kalaallit Illuutaat in Copenhagen.

We focus on finding realistic solutions that can help you as quickly as possible. You decide the direction and limits of your case.

We are an NGO and work completely independent of government authorities, including the police.
